Cambridge Senior Living is a brand new, state-of-the-art Skilled Assisted Living facility opening soon in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our goal is focused on returning the emphasis on "CARE" in "Healthcare". If you are passionate about helping others, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey!
Our Clinical Care Staff will primarily be responsible for providing compassionate care and services to our residents in accordance with each resident's service plan. This position will also be focused on promoting a person-centered care environment that recognizes quality of life and emotional health for all our residents, as well as all team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18+.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and professional.
- Certified Nursing Assistant preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years’ experience as Resident Aide, or similar position, in an assisted living or nursing facility preferred, but not required.
- CBRF Registry, CPR/AED certified, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia care experience preferred, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
