The Clinic Market Manager owns the effective delivery of our proven clinical process across multiple locations within the designated market. Partnering with Clinic Supervisors, our Clinic Market Managers are accountable for driving clinic performance and initiating process improvements.

How You Will Contribute:

• Review and maintain labor resource allocation across market making shifts as necessary to maintain capacities and utilization of ADVENT services
• Manage and achieve budget goals
• Ownership of volume and KPI metrics in market, providing guidance to Clinic Supervisors for focused improvement and problem-solving as necessary
• Collaborate with other Operations leadership to roll out initiatives, communication of plans and develop quarterly rocks
• Ensure consistency in clinic processes working with external resources
• Partner with Quality and Improvement to drive operational results
• Oversight of all clinic supervisors in market, holding regular team and individual meetings
• Partner with APP Manager and Director of Medical Affairs in oversight of or Medical ENT team
• Design and direct the work of the team. Select, coach and develop staff. Set clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team with appropriate urgency and clarity to drive company and growth initiatives. Manage performance - recognizing achievement, providing feedback and administering progressive discipline when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role/environment, with advanced degree, lengthier or more specific experience preferred
• Excellent skills in typical office applications, such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a fast paced, high demand environment
• Based in Oak Park Clinic but able to travel to and oversee all Chicago area ADVENT clinics
