ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily operations of their clinics, ensuring that their clinic is running efficiently while continuously building upon our "patient first"culture. You will establish the clinical protocols ensuring there is a high quality of care, focus on the patient, and outstanding customer service.

You will be given the autonomy to lead your clinic with the support and backing of our operations and corporate teams, working closely with the Lead Orthodontist to establish a winning and growth-minded culture.
HOW YOU'LL HAVE AN IMPACT:

  • Continuously identifying quality improvement and spearheading initiative by reviewing, investigating, documenting, and resolving patient complaints.
  • Establish a winning clinic culture while developing, coaching, and managing a group of diverse and cross-functional individuals.
  • The team and clinic's success will be tied to your own and you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading a cross-functional clinical team to ensure that they are meeting their full potential. Evaluating and managing employee performance.
  • Use data and analytics in developing and recommending improvements for processes and systems within the clinics as well as operational performance.
  • Oversee the day to day of the clinic, scheduling the staff, assigning the work loads, and managing the facilities to meet clinical, administrative, and operational support requirements.
  • Manage the finances of the clinic, ensuring the budget is being adhered to, forecasting the expenses, reviewing invoices, statements, receipts and approving expenditures.
  • You will be cross- trained on all roles within the clinic and will step into to provide coverage and assistance as needed.
  • Have a growth-mindset, positive attitude, and appetite to navigate ambiguity. As a growing organization, we are building our business everyday. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • P&L experience strongly preferred. Including topline and bottom line experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience required.
  • Prior experience in supervising direct reports. Demonstrated strong team engagement and retention
  • Typical physical demands, twisting, ability to lifting 45 lbs
  • Must be willing and able to be onsite in clinic each day
  • Must be living in market of clinic .
  • Experience selling and providing sales coaching
  • Working knowledge of the principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management and training.
  • Motivated by caring for others; takes initiative; business minded and team oriented; passionate about the experience of his/her patients; relentless in their pursuit of excellence.
  • Adaptable, flexible and innovative - you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.

  • Must be living in market of clinic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency.

  • Experience in Healthcare.
  • Experience in sales, orthodontic / dental, and front desk.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
