Summary

The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight across 4-5 clinics and will oversee a team of 15-30+ employees. Core responsibility is to drive growth through the training and development of their teams. 100% field-based position; functions will be performed while in one of the clinic locations.

Employee Development, leadership, and operations

  • Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every patient every single day.
  • Build relationships with a talented team of licensed healthcare professionals, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire them.
  • Recruiting talent for the area and selecting the optimum talent
  • Facilitate and follow-up on new hire training
  • Developmental conversations with staff
  • Perform regular follow up training and coaching determined by performance and observation
  • Regularly providing feedback to team members on individual and team performance
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure clinic is staffed appropriately for the month.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and recorded call customer service.
  • Manage payroll, hiring, interviewing, terminations, and performance reviews

Daily work in this role includes:

  • Leading the way to an amazing experience for members and patients by managing the daily operations of the locations, maintaining a clean, safe, positive environment for everyone and guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.
  • Helping the locations move more people forward in their wellness journeys by driving memberships, promoting sales, partnering with upper management to set performance goals and working with the team to achieve them.
  • Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.
  • Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws necessary).
  • Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.

Experience and Education

Associates Degree and three (3) years’ experience in team management, customer service, and membership sales, training and developing teams

Working Conditions

Work is performed in the clinic office locations on a 5 day weekly basis

Work hours are generally 40+ hours per week depending on business needs
