Pay range:

Clinic Coordinator

Full-Time / Day Shift

Monday to Friday/ 8 hours - 5days or 10 hours - 4 days

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities of the clinic. You will assist clinic leadership to ensure the goals of the clinic are met, and will serve as a resource person and problem solver for staff and providers. You will also provide back-up coverage for the front office staff as needed. Primary location is Redmond with some coverage at the Kirkland location.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-years experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Prior experience working in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Strong analytical and computer skills required.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to work with physicians, patients, and staff.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
