Part-time, 3 days a week

Clinic Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm.
Private dermatology practice in Stillwater. Physician has over 20 years of experience. The clinic is fast-paced and fun with a wonderful client base. We provide treatment for general skin care,skin cancer diagnosis, and treatment.
Preferred Qualifications:

• CMA/LPN
• Medical Office Experience
• Phlebotomy Experience
• Training available for the right candidate without those qualifications

Job Responsibilities: Deliver excellent patient care services including rooming patients, collecting patient history, scribing visit content, and patient education as needed

• Provide direct assistance to physician with exams and surgical procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cosmetic services, etc
• Suture removal
• Perform lab duties including instrument sterilization and processing, specimen handling, triage phone calls, biopsy log management, and other duties as assigned
• Prepare exam rooms and materials for procedures and daily clinic activities
• Process insurance prior authorizations

The ideal candidate has: Organizational skills with focus on patient flow management and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task
• Provide exceptional care to patients in a warm, professional manner both in person and via phone
• Ability to use EMR - experience with Modernizing Medicine/EMA a plus
• Fast learner
• Reliable
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification
