Child and Family Agency of SE CT (CFA) is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and their families. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist in our Westbrook office.

Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.

Primary Duties:

• Registering new clients for the Mental Health Clinicians
• Scanning
• Assist with COVID 19 screening calls
• Assist with vaccine/med orders
• Copy requests
• Assist families with any missed appointments/paperwork needed
• Ready, maintain, and appropriately open/close the clinical office
• Managing charts in electronic health record
• Greet, sign in and assist vendors to sites or request assistance from supervisors as needed
• Maintain and manage all client information in compliance with HIPAA

Specific Hours: Monday: 7:30-3:30, Tuesday: 12:00-8:00, Wednesday: 7:30-3:30, Thursday: 12:00-8:00, Friday: 7:30-3:30
