What you would do

You would be joining the “tip of the spear” team at the top of the project funnel, engaging clients, and building top notch relationships. Here’s your opportunity to become an expert in your field. You’ll work with architects, interior designers, acoustical consultants, and contractors, developing interior design projects, educating on acoustics, and providing in-depth product knowledge. We work with clients via phone, emails, video calls, and in-person engagement. You’d be integral to the origination and flow of projects, have the ability to contribute your new ideas, and build out strategies as you take on relational responsibility. The scope and opportunity for the current team has grown so significantly over the last few years that we’re setting new goals to take the team (and the company) to new heights - you included.

Some skills you need

You are a quick learner and can communicate that knowledge to a wide variety of customers. You’re communicative, consistent, and accurate, and not only are adaptable to changes, but have the mindset of bringing new ideas to the table! You can wordsmith responses and identify customer needs through conversations, showcasing the service Navy Island provides. We value integrity, innovation, and insight, and offer increased responsibilities for those that prove themselves.

Experience/Education

You have a high school diploma or equivalency. A post-secondary degree is preferred in business or marketing, however, not required. Your past years in communication and sales have shown growth in your skills, profitability and business captured.

Salary/Compensation

At Navy Island, beyond the intrinsic value of your work, we offer a competitive salary/hourly wages. The role is full-time, M-F and starts at $22-$30/hr plus commission earnings averaging $10,000. On site, West St Paul, MN.
