We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join an established, growing organization in the Delaware County area. This is a full time, direct hire position, working onsite in an office setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working within client/member services, ideally within the banking and/or the financial industry. Responsibilities

• This position will provide member service by performing transactions for members and sales of all credit union products and services required to meet the members' needs.
• Greet members in the credit union in a courteous, professional manner
• Assist retail and business members with their account questions, transactions or issues
• Advise and promote additional credit union products and services to members
• Achieve stated sales and performance goals
