The primary role as a Client Services Associate will be to provide administrative and client services support to the team. This will include any and all daily tasks provided by the Advisor and support team members. Performance will be reviewed by taking ownership of office tasks that allow the Advisor and team to grow the business.

Primary Role Responsibilities Include: 60%

· Communicate with clients to facilitate the collection of data and documents for the purpose of financial planning.

· Check daily transactions

· Enter confidential client data into eMoney portal for financial planning

· Educate and walk clients through basic access and use of our technology (eMoney, AccountView, Albridge, Riskalyze, etc.)

· Schedule and prepare for upcoming client meetings (i.e. update reviews, get quotes and illustrations as requested, prepare notes, schedule next appointment, etc.)

· Prepare Albridge reports in S drive and provide link for client meetings

· CRM management including change of contact info, beneficiaries, etc.

· Communicate with team members to ensure clients’ expectations are completed timely and service deliveries are met

Other Duties: 30%

· Answering client inquiries or passing on requests to the Advisors.

· Print reports or other materials, basic electronic filing and file handling

· Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary to resolve inquiries in a timely manner

Client / Advisor Satisfaction: 10%

· Drive customer experience to high levels of satisfaction by adhering to our values

· Provide recaps to the advisor and summarize completed work and outstanding items needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
