Yakov Design & Build is an architecture and construction company that provides and manages all the services from an idea to turn-key ready. We focus on residential projects, covering Los Angeles and many adjoining cities. Our goal is to make design and construction a simple process for our clients.
Our young and fast-growing team is looking for an enthusiastic and active person with strong communication and writing skills.
You would be involved from the beginning of a renovation or a development project and would see it coming alive. We need someone that can bring creativity and reliability every step of the way.
Responsibilities
· Processing new client calls/leads as well as working with existing clients
· Consulting on general questions and ideas
· Scheduling meetings and appointments for the team
· Preparing estimates and proposals
· Managing project deadlines and keeping clients up to date with our progress
· Providing design input (if interested)
Requirements:
· Personable
· Good communication and written skills
· Highly organized with an attention to detail
· Comfortable multitasking
· Skilled with MS Office, Gmail, CRMs, and work management platforms
· Passionate about interior design, architecture, and or construction
· Proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
· Must have drivers license and able to drive to occasional meetings around LA
