Travis Electrical Service is looking for a driven, motivated individual to join our team as a Client Care Representative (CCR). This position holds the keys to our customer's first impression of our company, and is vital to our success in the field. You offer:

• At least 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Drug free, clean criminal record, smoke free a plus
• Willingness to go the extra mile in service to our customers
• Team mentality and excellent attitude
• Desire to grow with a successful electrical company
• Ability to use a headset/phone combo and lift up to 25 pounds if needed

Duties include:

• Answering calls with the recognition that this is where our customers may form their first impression of our company! Good communication is essential, including being enthusiastic, courteous, pleasant, and detail oriented. This same demeanor is expected of our team with our clients and with each other! Use the approved company greeting and scheduling method, answering the phone within 3 rings
• Notify customers ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window and re-scheduling the time at the customer’s convenience if needed.
• Assisting in follow up and Happy Checks with our clients to ensure they received elite service and providing next level follow up via thank you cards/gifts
• Contact Club Membership customers to schedule maintenance calls
• Share responsibility to ensure that all technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time
• Assist in creating processes to provide the most efficient and 5 star service to our team and customers
• Complete trainings related to the position
• Adhere to company mission and core values of Trust, Excellence, and Service
• Assistance as needed to the Experience Coordinator and Service Manager
• Operate to exceed expectations of the job role with the mindset to grow not only the company, but personally!
• Contributing to the success of the team and have fun while doing it!
