HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a Claims Benefit Specialist, you will enter a challenging, fast pace but rewarding position while providing amazing member experience for our customers. Ultimately, you will be driving compassion, confidence and trust while delivering one superior quality experience at a time. This role requires attention to detail to ensure we are processing the claim accurately to ensure a great member experience based on the claim form they’ve submitted for reimbursement.

  • Provide excellent customer service to every client
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
  • Processes accurate claim data to ensure clients receive correct reimbursements
  • Goal orientated, sense of urgency to complete tasks
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Utilizes available tools and resources to make informed decisions while processing claims
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Highschool Diploma, GED or college degree
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
