We seek a collaborative and driven Pipe Superintendent to join a $50M-yr. growing Underground Construction Company
We are seeking a Superintendent for our client’s Site work and Underground Division, you will have the opportunity to lead crews building water and sewer infrastructure and land developement. They have an opening in the VIRGNIA BEACH and also have an office in the RICHMOND area where they self performdeep excavations and large diameter roadway installations with public and private clients.
Job Duties
- Manage job site safety and establish site safety expectations
- Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule
- Coordinate with project management
- Review job cost and manage labor productivities
- Complete daily and periodic report updates
- Oversee quality control
- Manage subcontractors
- Train craft workers
- Mentor field engineers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10 + years of experience in the water and sewer underground industry
- Experience in the local construction
- Must be willing to travel throughout the region
