YOU ARE:

  • Master's level clinician on a licensure track (master's in counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, etc.) with a passion for front line care and Leadership.
  • Registered Nurse with Psych experience or wanting Psych experience who wants to work with children and youth to make a lasting, positive impact on their lives.
  • Bachelor's level counselor interested in working closely with clients to improve their daily lives.
  • Adept at working in a crisis setting.
  • Comfortable working with individuals from a diverse background (both clients and staff).
  • Experienced in human development, etiology, treatment of mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses.
  • Knowledgeable in treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention.
  • Able to effectively use a computer and appropriately document work in a timely manner.
  • Able to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and staff.
  • Able to obtain an F Endorsement on your driver's license.
  • Able to do the following with or without accommodation: Hear normal and soft tones as well as complete close eye work. Possess a valid driver's license. Lift up to 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 150 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. To ensure the safety of the clients and staff, this position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques (Handle with Care) that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running, and walking.
