All About Kids Lakota is currently looking for teachers to work in our PreK and School Age classrooms. We are seeking candidates who have a passion working with children, love helping them meet their cognitive and social skills, and love watching them grow.

Candidates should enjoy working with children. A high school diploma and background check is a requirement. We will train the right individual, so no experience is required! Working with children, enjoy having fun, and a passion for the education environment are all highly recommended!

Our classrooms have 3 teachers which gives the opportunity for more eyes and hands on the children at all times. You will work with other teachers and create age appropriate/developmentally appropriate activities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop daily lesson plans.
• Meet the individual's needs of the children
• Communicate with parents in a variety of mediums (verbal, written, electronic)
• Participate in staff and training meetings.
• Design age appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
• Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Present expectations that are age appropriate to the child

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
