We have a strong family environment and many co-workers and child care families become an extension of your own family. This is a job where you can show up and be “loved” on daily. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and possesses a basic understanding of child development to help in the engagement of children in age appropriate activities. All child care workers should strive to maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for the children at all times.
