The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the overall provision of IT services procuring and maintaining the necessary IT Support Infrastructure for smooth operations of the company.

This role is also responsible for conceptualizing and developing new product solutions that will drive the business growth, as well as ensuring a secure IT and Data driven environment.

• Coordinate IT teams and activities
• Organize the continuous improvement process for IT tools
• Advise users and/or department managers on the tools
• Overseeing the maintenance of systems and services
• Ensure end user support in coordination with global IT support
• Overseeing technical projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals
• Securing data and IT systems against loss, attack, or risks
• Communicating effectively with external and internal vendors and advisors

Additional Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manages the corporate solutions domain
• Manages the IT application solutions World Wide (Hiram, Newbury, Milford, Larchant, Gières, Bangalore)
• Ability to assist & manage the global applications portfolio (ERP(QAD), CAD/PLM, CRM ( SALESFORCE) , HR, Marketing etc...) and understanding the workings and flows of applications.
• Lead a Salesforce developement team of solutions and infrastructure architects at corporate and site levels.
• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture (business process, data, applications, infrastructure) with the enterprise Architecture tooling

Required Skills:

• Microsoft 365 Platform, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office
• Strong technical knowledge of network and server operating system
• Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server and Active Directory
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, and operations - Enterprise Backup, Replication and Business Continuity and Disaster recover mitigation and response
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
• Strong understanding of Helpdesk and Customer Relations Support systems
• Data Security and Cyber Security basics

The Chief Technology Officer needs to have strong communication and presentation skills. Experience within a manufacturing environment is required. This role will manage multiple team members and will work internationally with the global IT team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $160,000.00 per year
