YOUR JOB AS A CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER:

As a COO you will be responsible for implementing strategies that support quality customer service, maximizing cost effective strategies and collaborating with hospital leadership to communicate and deploy hospital goals and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE COO:

• Manage one or more departments efficiently and effectively to maximize cost effective quality of services.
• Manage and implement programs to ensure all employees are committed to quality and service.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and corresponding development activities including regulatory preparedness and quality improvement.

In CEO’s absence, operate the facility within that capacity.

• Assists the CEO in collaborative efforts related to the development, communication and implementation of effective strategies and processes.
• Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management.
• Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management of any clinical staff and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
• Assist with budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits.
• Evaluate operational processes by analyzing business objectives and patient needs.
• Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business- expanding strategies.
• Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years’ of experience in a related field required.
• Five or more years’ of hands-on experience in the behavioral health field required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, RN, APRN) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $51.50 per year
