Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing coaching company, I&B Coaching. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and driving financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve company's financial goals and objectives
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Provide financial leadership and support to other departments, ensuring financial discipline and accountability across the organization
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to support business operations
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, identify opportunities for cost savings, and drive financial efficiency initiatives
• Manage financial relationships with external partners, such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors
• Oversee financial compliance, including regulatory requirements, taxation, and financial reporting
• Provide financial guidance and mentorship to the finance team, and develop talent within the department
• Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations to improve financial performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
• Strong financial acumen, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with the ability to mentor and develop talent
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the coaching or consulting industry is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
