Job description
The Chief Engineer will oversee the team of engineers in the building. Will perform interior and external preventative maintenance along with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers and HVAC repairs in compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Will respond to engineering service calls and promptly reports emergencies, accidents, and injuries. Must have ability to work nights and weekends; hotel experience is a plus. The position will need to communicate daily with the rest of the hotel. Monitoring the staff schedules and workload. Salary is based on experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
