The responsibilities of this position is to lead team members and shift leaders in the overall operation of the store. A Director in our restaurant will have a high level of responsibility and manage about 15-30 individuals to help accomplish shared goals within the restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. This leader will have the ability to influence the restaurant through the development of team members/shift leaders, implementation of business processes and systems, and execution of business acumen and strategy in the restaurant. This individual will also have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on guests and the community.

We are looking for a self-directed leader with a growth mindset and hunger to take ownership of high-level responsibilities and create a strong vision for Chick-fil-A of Clemson or Seneca. Not only will this leader be joining one of the fastest-growing brands in the nation, but he/she will have the opportunity to create and implement strategy for a multi-million dollar business!

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently grow and evolve the business
  • Oversee restaurant operations and assist other areas of the business, as needed

  • Meet regularly with leadership team for training/personal development and to execute overall vision

Additional Information

DAY IN THE LIFE/SCHEDULE

  • Monday- Saturday | 45-50 hours/week | Sunday and one additional day off each week. This is an hourly position with annual earnings based on 45-50 hours per week.
  • Time Expectations: During the first 30-60 days, this leader will be rotating through all facets of the business (FOH, drive-thru, BOH) in order to learn alongside, serve and interact with team members before transitioning into the Director position.
  • Overview: Spend each day thinking for and leading a fast-paced, ever-changing, multi-million dollar business. You will push team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service. You will wear multiple hats and have your hand in innovation and strategy, vision, customer service, and goal setting to ensure restaurant operations are meeting/exceeding Chick-fil-A’s high standards.
  • Business permitting, ideally, the time split reflects 25% of time spent responding to emails, contacting customers, interacting with vendors, attending meetings and 75% of time spent in the restaurant in a leadership position, coaching and developing the team members/shift leaders; making sure work is being done accurately and efficiently; stepping up and helping out during busy times - carrying out orders, making drinks, bagging food, etc.
