SUMMARY

The Kitchen line cook responsible for preparing and food service operations within The Kitchen at Mastry's Brewing Co. Follows in house policies and procedures and meets with all federal and state requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve the food.
• Maintain equipment including refrigerator, stove, prep table and cookware.
• Assist with planning for and purchasing food for daily operations.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures, and ensure any food truck staff members do so.
• Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income/expense, meal counts and personnel records.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked.
• Respond and assist with customer preferences
• Assist with larger events planning for food prep.
• Ensure customer dining experience is satisfactory.
• Expedite food.
• Direct the cleaning of the kitchen.
• Maintain records and complete paperwork to comply with laws and regulations.
• Keep records of supplies and purchases.

Additional Requirements:

- Weekly Bonus Pay

- Clean driving record and able to be insured.

- Certifications: Safe Serv (Will be provided after hire)

- Preferred experience: Line cook or strong cooking skills. management experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
