Job description
The HRBP Assistant Manager will partner with the Charleston HRBP in executing employer branding strategy to recruit candidates and assist with the onboarding process. The HRBP Assistant Manager will also coordinate and administer a variety of programs and HR activities for the Charleston office.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, employee’s engagement, performance management and people development initiatives.
  • Assist with and coordinate the talent acquisition initiatives, including hiring, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Assist with employee’s relationships management and conflict management resolution.
  • Work closely with local managers to better understand the needs of each department
  • Support the Human Resources and Talent Management departments in the deployment of initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a support resource for employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the same or similar HR Professional Roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency level.
  • Prior experience with HRIS “ADP Workforce Now” and Cornerstone preferred.
