Job Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager is a high impact leader of the Channel Marketing team that helps enable our retail partners to market Great Dane effectively in their local markets. This position plays a key role in developing our channels, including project management, execution, tracking, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Set sales goals and develop channel marketing programs to achieve these goals. • Develop positive working relationship with channel partners (dealers/branches) to generate revenue. • Lead partners in the execution of channel marketing programs to increase product sales within customer base. • Develop partner marketing activities including trade shows, online advertising, campaigns, and emails to develop brand awareness. • Drive partners to use program offerings, including technology, campaigns, and learning opportunities. • Manage marketing collateral creation and develop newsletters for partners. • Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget. • Assist in strategies to continuously improve and optimize channel marketing programs. • Plan and organize product launch events, sales trainings, and other marketing events for partners and customers. • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs. • Ensure channel sales partners are participating in marketing activities that are aligned to business plan objectives. • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to maintain content and channel partner access in our sales enablement platforms, including Champ’s Spot and Synergy Central. • Lead our Brand Box program by coordinating promotional items and campaign material, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Ensure channel marketing content is current in all locations by using audits, updates and/or removing obsolete assets as necessary. • Be the primary point of contact for our Retail Marketing Support Program (RMSP) and collaborate on new program offerings, communications cadence, and reporting and analytics on the program. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience: developing demand generation and sales enablement campaigns. • 5-7 years of related experience in B2B sales, channel, or partner marketing. • Experience with channel programs and partner portals. • Experience managing content creation. • Exceptional writing skills and communication skills. • Skills: Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. • Working knowledge of Salesforce. • Strong project, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Travel: as necessary.
