Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced Associate to assist in establishing and then contributing to the ongoing operation of our Change Management Center of Excellence. The Change Management Center of Excellence supports the management of risk associated with change initiatives through the application and governance of a change management framework. Ensuring project success, governance and transparency for change initiatives in a consistent, sustainable and predictable manner is a priority for our executive leadership team. The Change Management Center of Excellence will work closely with business stakeholders, the Project Management Office and other change leaders throughout the US Region.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project work associated with establishing the Change Management Center of Excellence, which includes maintaining project documentation and ensuring that project standards and reporting are met.
  • Work with stakeholders to schedule and facilitate meetings.
  • Create and monitor status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Provide effective challenge to projects to ensure processes and standards are being met, including risks, actions, issues, and decisions logs are maintained.
  • Track follow-ups, ensuring that the teams adhere to the change management approach and expectations.
  • Assist the workstreams with creating business requirement documents, process maps, or other project artifacts and analyzing project needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the bank project managers and stakeholders to track progress on workplans and milestones.
  • The position will often support more than one project at a time
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Be highly detail oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Adapts well to fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Curious about the bank, its change programs, its strategies, its businesses, and its people.
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to apply logical solutions to business problems.
  • Ability to track project expenses against an agreed upon budget.
  • Ability to identify issues and properly document them.
  • Work with project managers to build project, skillset, and resource plans that meet standards.
  • Pro-actively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Successfully oversee the standards of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work independently; take initiative.
  • Be the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams - Three years of project experience, in support of the financial services industry, preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience preferred.
  • College degree required.
