A List Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to treat patients in the Home Health setting in the Los Angeles Area. Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Job Description/Requirements:

• Provides occupational therapy services & care to patients, under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Treat ROM deficits, strength training, therapeutic Activities and exercises.

• Educate patients/families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety as applicable to services provided.
• you will make your own schedule and complete follow up visits following an OT evaluation.
• This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $55-65 per visit. visits are 45 minutes in length.
• Previous home health work experience is preferred.
• We are hiring in multiple locations across southern California for PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA: such as Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Simi Valley, Northridge, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Santa Monica, Culver city, Inglewood, Southgate, East LA, DownTown LA, South LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Diamond Bar, Hollywood, Beverly Hills,
• Riverside County, San Bernardino County: Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Rialto, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Temecula, Corona.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Current CA Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) License
• Valid California Driver License/ with transportation insurance

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
