Position Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist (OT) therapy program

- Current state licensure

- Background check

- Level II fingerprinting background

- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) through AHA (American Heart Association)

- Good organizational and communication skills

- Required skills include developmental handling and knowledge related to development in both gross motor milestones and motor coordination in a pediatric clinic-based setting.

Position responsibilities include:

- One on one direct intervention with clients

- Maintain therapist schedule

- Parent education

- Collaboration with OTs, COTAs, PTs, SLPs, RBTs, BCBAs, teachers, and other staff or caregivers that work with our clients

- Management of electronic Medical Records

- Conduct evaluation and re-evaluations with appropriate assessment tool

- Interpretation of standardized and informal assessment information to guide therapeutic intervention, goals, and treatment plan

- Development of patient Plan of Care, Evaluation, and Re-Evaluation reports

- Daily session notes
