We have immediate openings for a full-time Occupancy Specialist at Pioneer Towers, a 198-unit multi-layer subsidy property (HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Housing Authority Section 8 vouchers, and Market Rate) on 5th & P in Sacramento, CA.

Description & Specification:

• Process and maintain confidential tenant files for HUD, Tax Credit, and Market Rate programs

• Process annual recertifications, interims, move-ins, and move-outs from start to finish adhering to strict timelines

• Schedule interviews with residents, collect required paperwork for certifications

• Maintain waiting list

• Run monthly required EIV reports and maintain EIV binders

• Process criminal background and credit reports for new applicants

• Assist with resolutions of findings on Management and Occupancy Reviews

• Maintain positive tenant relations and deliver outstanding service to a diverse population of seniors

• Excellent verbal, written, communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience and knowledge of occupancy procedures for HUD and LIHTC (Tax Credit) programs
• Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist Certificates
• Recent experience with RealPage One Site preferred
