Job Duties
- Provides basic nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Assists patients with activities of daily living
- Assists in the maintenance of a safe, secure, and clean environment
- Engages patients in and role models positive, recovery-oriented behaviors.

Qualifications

- Active, unencumbered CNA license recognized by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- Knowledge of approved techniques to assist patients with ambulation and self-care
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow policies, procedures, and written treatment plans
- Prior behavioral health experience a plus but not required.
