All Care Health Solutions has an opening for full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As we continue to grow, we're always seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team!

The CNA provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition, and fluid intake skills. Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Responsibilities:

• Daily responsibilities delivering direct care to patients with routine daily care and services
• Maintain patient comfort and safety
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental and infection control standards
• Daily vitals, monitor the patient’s behavior and mood and report results to supervisors
• Observe and report changes in the clients mental, physical and emotional condition or home situation to RN Case Manager in a timely manner

Physical Tasks:

• Frequent prolonged standing/walking
• CNA lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients
• Lifts supplies and equipment
• Occasional reaching, bending, kneeling and crouching
• Required to hear and interpret via diagnostic equipment (i.e., blood pressure, heart sounds, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Active state-approved CNA license
• Proactive, decisive, action-oriented individual, friendly to patients and a team player
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Current Idaho driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
