About the Job:
This is a full-time 40 hour a week position
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive team player to join our fast-paced pediatric clinic. As a medical support healthcare worker, you will provide clinical support for our medical practitioners while ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. RPC strives to deliver an outstanding experience from the moment our patients walk through the door.
Schedule:
Full-time with availability Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday 1/2 day. Flexible schedule- 8-hour, 9- hour, or 10-hour shifts available.
Key Responsibilities & Qualities:
- Coordinate patient care by rooming, taking vitals, patient history, and documenting in EMR
- Prep medical practitioners' schedule and chart prep forecasting
- Respond to patient phone calls and messages
- Assist with processing patient paperwork and questionnaires
- Blood draws and newborn screens
- Process lab point of care tests or send them out to the off-site lab
- Administer immunizations and medication
- Flexible attitude; works well with a variety of people
- Self-motivated, demonstrate initiative
- Well-organized, strong attention to detail
Job Requirements:
- Current WA State CMA license
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Ability to work in the USA
