Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with excellent service
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center databases in a comprehensible way
• Assist patients in basic troubleshooting of devices, replacing devices, ordering consumables, and transferring to other departments as needed.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Certified Nurse Aide or Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with Google Suite, ability to quickly learn and properly use several systems for documentation and communication
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• MUST be certified or nationally registered as an Medical Assistant

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
