Certified Medical Assistant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $18-$20 per hour based on experience
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Certified Medical Assistant Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or Part Time: 9am-2:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Escorts patients to and from exam rooms, physician offices, and treatment room as appropriate.
- Records patient data prior to each physician visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes.
- Answers patient telephone calls for referral to physician or nurse/pharmacist.
- Performs other administrative duties, i.e. typing, filing faxing, chart preparation, reception, etc, as requested by supervisor or physician.
