Tri- Valley Orthopedic Specialists, Inc is a full comprehensive, multi-specialty, state-of-the-art orthopedic practice providing high level services to the community in Pleasanton, San Ramon and Tracy with Physical and Hand Therapy at each site, X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, Ortho Tech department, DME, with immediate openings for experienced and licensed Physical Therapists for our dynamic outpatient clinic located in our Pleasanton office. A (traveling) Physical Therapist Lead position is also available with minimum of 5 years' experience. Orthopedic preferred.

Our therapists are 1:1 with their patients for 40 min each and see only as many as 12 patients in an 8-hr day. Our physician teams desire for their patients to have the best care possible in an environment where the therapists can have close interaction with the referring physicians/surgeons.

Experienced orthopedic therapists preferred, but new graduates will also be considered. Our clinical environment includes one-on-one treatments with a patient-centered approach in a clinic with a full gym. Our current staff includes PT's, a Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and excellent support staff allowing the therapists to focus on patient care. Great learning and skills growth offered with direct access and collaboration with the physicians/surgeons.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, and provides quality patient care
• Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Convey a professional image and attitude
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Occupational/Physical therapy degree from an accredited college or university (Required)
• Current California State license (Required)
• 3 years' experience as a Certified Hand Therapist (Preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families regarding therapy services in verbal and written form
