Center Manager-Outpatient
Full Time / Fort Worth, TX
BSW North Arlington is seeking a Center Manager to lead an awesome team of 2 PTs and 1 Rockstar PSS. Primary population is sports/orthopedics, high level neuro, and Worker’s comp. Experience with FCE’s and/or Work Conditioning is preferred, but not required. The clinic has established referral sources with lots of opportunities for growth and program development. The successful candidate will be a motivated and flexible team-player with great communication skills, and a desire to develop relationships within the clinic and community. The Center Manager is expected to manage daily operations, carry an active patient caseload, and work 2 early and/or late shifts per week. Clinic hours are 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday-Thursday and 7 AM – 1 PM on Friday.

Responsibilities:
facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions. The CM is involved in the
organization and the community to help grow the business. Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center,
identifies key indicators and influences upon them. Communicates with Regional Director/Market Manager on an on-going basis and
provides clinical and operational performance updates.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required) - Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
