What is needed to join our team?

• High school education or equivalent required.
• One to two years retail or related experience required.
• Goal driven experience preferred.
• Cellular phone use is critical

Consultant’s average $21 – 26/hour (base + commission).

*Cellcom does not cap commissions so Consultants can earn more than $26/hour if they are exceeding sales goals.
