The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Catering Manager to our Higher Education team in Bowie, MD. As a Catering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of Food Service Professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.
What you'll be doing:

- Training and supervising servers and cooks.
- Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves:
At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.- Previous Catering Management experience.
Where you'll be working:
Bowie State University in Bowie, MD.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role starts at $60,000 annually and goes up depending on experience.
