We are looking for a Cash Management Consultant to work at our Indianola location. This position establishes business banking relationships with existing and new customers through prospecting, calling, networking (internally and externally), and referrals. The position provides a high level of customer service by assuring products meet the customer needs and expectations and is a liaison between the customer and Operations department to ensure customer needs are met. The position also performs analysis pertinent to service charges, balances, agreements, etc. in support of bankers' sales efforts and participates in pricing and negotiation discussions with customers and team members to ensure profitability of the portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates have a four year degree in business, finance, accounting or economics or equivalent experience and minimum of 4 years banking experience in operations or electronic banking department required. Previous cash management sales preferred. Must have exceptional people skills, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, along with excellent computer skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems.

SCHEDULE:

A regular working shift is between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation Range (compensatory based on previous banking experience): $21.09/hr - $39.14/hr
