Job Purpose: Office Caseworker to assist in overseeing the recovery of vehicles locally and across the country, looking for individuals familiar with the Repossession process from the recovery of the vehicle to remarketing the vehicle at auction. Must understand computer programs, preference will be given to individuals with knowledge of RDN (Recovery Data Network) program, Recovery Connect program, Auto IMS, Use and understanding of Locate Programs. Be able to make outbound and accept inbound calls relating to the accounts. Locate an individual (debtor or third party) in order to repossess a vehicle and to notify clients of repossessions and updates on an account assigned. This is an in office position, remote work is unable to be considered.

Duties:

• Investigates accounts that have been assigned
• Verifies addresses of a debtor, third party or location of collateral
• Analyzes data from online databases and reference information
• Able to talk on the phone and gather information from individuals
• Keeps detailed notes.
• Work with our adjusters to speed recovery of client's collateral.
• Notify clients with updates from both office investigation and from the agent
• Follow-up with field agents/adjusters regarding assignments
• Invoice clients and notify them when an asset has been recovered.
• Protects financial institutions' image by keeping information confidential.

Skills/Qualifications:

Typing, Research Skills, Analyzing Information , Detailed Oriented, Objectivity, Integrity, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Organization, Time Management, Good Work Ethic, Computer Skills, Spanish Speaking a plus, Skip Tracing skills a plus.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM (Weekends Off)
