Seeking Part-Time or Full-Time Case Manager
AMFT OR PSYCH ASSISTANT PREFERRED FOR ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH INPATIENT PROGRAM
Candidate MUST possess the following at a minimum:
1. Masters Degree in behavioral health or related field.
2. Strong communication skills and interpersonal capabilities.
3. Strong basis of clinical understanding of behavioral health.
4. Experience working in the field or directly related.
5. Strength in crisis management and de-escalation.
6. Demonstrates critical thinking and solution-focused problem solving.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate a particular strength in their ability to work in a live environment with unexpected circumstances. We are seeking an individual that can run therapeutic groups, educate families, actively put aftercare plans together, can be flexible in communication, focus on teamwork and a "can do" attitude.
Supervision for licensure hours will be provided.
