We are a family-owned design-build remodeling team. We are seeking carpenters with high integrity, and a constant desire to improve their skills.

Corvallis Custom Kitchens & Baths have been a premier design-build remodeling company for more than 25 years. We care about each client and go the extra mile to make sure they have an exceptionally good remodeling experience. We design, manage and remodel kitchens, baths, and whole homes, as well as build large additions and new homes. Some of the tasks we commonly perform include demolition, framing, and interior trim and finish work. You need to have a basic ability to read blueprints and plan details. You should be able to install floor protection and zip wall systems, know how to demo a wall without cutting through existing wires or plumbing, properly stack and pack a dump trailer, know how to do basic wall framing layout, install studs, blocking as well as wall and roof sheeting. You should be able to frame a proper rough window or door opening, flash and install new windows, doors, and siding. We take pride in our final finishes, so it is very important that you are good at and enjoy finish work.

Our trucks are fully outfitted with all of the tools you will need to complete your work, accept the following tools: Toolbelt, tape measure, hammer, cat’s paw, 2 chisels (1 sharp and 1 utility), speed square, chalk line, pliers, wire cutters, torpedo level, and nail set. We will supply shirts and hoodies.

• You must have a valid driver’s license, an insurable driving record, and reliable transportation to our shop or job sites.
• At least 1-year experience in residential construction/remodeling
• You must be able to perform all construction-related tasks, including lifting and carrying objects that weigh more than 50 lbs. without restrictions.
• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn, State and Local Construction laws and regulations.
• Math - know your math skills. You'll be using them every day.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening (also subject to random drug screening).
• Provide 3 work references.

We offer paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time, as well as health and retirement benefits after working with the company for 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
