Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the locations and conditions of residents, and be responsible for their proper supervision
- Work as a team to keep the house clean by completing designated cleaning for your shift
- Complete daily operation routine for the home - mealtime, resident job assignments, activities, etc.
- Have a valid Driver's License and take residents to appointments, shopping outings, and home gatherings
- Bring forth a positive and constructive attitude to the home
- Feel fulfilled in your work
- Develop people skills in an environment that encourages growth
- Learn the structure of Caregiving without required degrees or certifications
- Pursue your education, spend needed time with your children or family at home, and generally enjoy your work + life balance with our straightforward scheduling expectations and flexibility

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Experience is not required for our Caregiving positions. We are a great launchpad for those looking to start their career in healthcare, or a landing place for those looking for their best endeavor yet.
- Possess a valid, active Driver's License for 1st, 2nd, and double staffing opportunities.
- Successful completion of a Caregiver background check and TB test.
