Affinity Family Care is currently hiring for a Caregiver to work 1:1 with a 24 year old woman in Gilbert, AZ.
PAY: - $17.50 per hour for Respite Care.
Position Hours: Position is 40 hours per week. Shift hours are Monday through Friday 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm with occasional weekends and holidays.
About the Position: Position is working for a 24 year old woman diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is total care, needs to be lifted, fed and changed. She has a very structured routine to maintain quality of life and safety. This position is working with her in her own residential home.
Requirements: Must be a leader and role model. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Position is full-time and long term. Must have strong communication skills. Caregiving experience required. This experience can be professional or personal life experience. We are willing to train. Must be looking for long term.

Must be 18 years old and have no criminal charges after age 18. TRAINING is required prior to employment and we offer training for FREE.
