Job Title: Companion Caregiver

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable companion caregiver to provide companionship and assistance to seniors living in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Currently, we have clients in Honeoye, NY, Geneseo, NY, and North Rose, NY, Farmington NY seeking part time availability.

Per-Diem and On Call staff needed for Geneva, Palmyra, Farmington, Macedon, and Canandaigua.

Responsibilities:

· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

· Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.

· Help clients with mobility and personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

· Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report any changes to a supervisor.

· Encourage and engage clients in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation.

· Maintain accurate records of clients' care and communicate regularly with the management team.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 year of experience in companion care or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate and patient personality

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Compensation: $16.20/hr
