FirstLight Home Care is looking for qualified caregivers in Marin and Sonoma County. We have full-time and part-time work available, both days and nights, weekdays and weekends... A perfect job with flexibility for a busy single mom (and dad).

Unlike some other agencies, we do all of our own hiring and scheduling, and we answer our own phones 24/7! We get to know you personally, and we match you with clients that we, personally, have signed up.

We reimburse HCA fees (state registration - $35) and Live Scan fees (fingerprinting - $85) fees.

Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Preparing and serving meals
• Help with bathing and grooming (personal hygiene)
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping, errands and transportation
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year caregiving experience (preferred)
• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• Work Authorization (Required)
• Drivers License and Car Insurance (Preferred)
• CA HCA ID # (Home Care Aide) - Required (we can help you through this process)
• COVID vaccination card/certificate (Preferred)
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written

Shift and Schedule: Full-time, Part-time (12hr shift, 8 hours shift), Monday to Friday, weekend availability, Holidays, Overnights

Salary: Starts at $17.00/per and can pay up to $480.00 to $510.00 per day (depending on qualification).
