Resident Associate Caregiver
The Residence at Oak Grove is a luxurious assisted living and memory care community in Thomasville, Georgia. Our community is a resort-style atmosphere that provides the finest senior living experiences, and a wide variety of zestful activities for seniors calling or wanting to call this beautiful area home. The Resdience at Oak Grove is now hiring a Resident Associate Caregiver.
In the role of a Caregiver, you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The Caregiver will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL’s, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.
Rate of Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour depending on experience as a Caregiver. Competitive shift differential for evening shifts and overnight shifts.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
