Responsibilities

Due to the increase in our client hours and demand for our home care services we have a new Lead Caregiver position! Your primary responsibility as Senior Solutions Lead Caregiver would be to fill-in at various client homes on an as needed basis to provide non-medical, hands-on care to clients with a variety of personal care, home care, and attendant care needs to ensure client visits are conducted as scheduled. You would report to the local Zone Operations Manager who will assign you to open shifts with no less than 24 hours notice and within a 45 mile radius of the local branch office.

Compensation

For the first 30 days in the position you will earn a minimum of $450 per week for a total of $1,500, which is the equivalent of working 30 hours per week. You also have the ability to earn more on a weekly basis if you are scheduled more than 30 hours per week. Hours worked will fluctuate based on open shifts and client needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience - required
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Ability to complete initial and ongoing training
• Ability to safely operate a hoyer lift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
