We're looking for someone to join our team as a Care Management Regional Director who:
Directs functions and personnel of the care management department with an enterprise-wide perspective. Develops and mentors care management leadership and teams. Analyzes functions that handle the capture, management and collection of care management components of the revenue cycle and directs ownership and accountability in delivering organizational objectives that cascade from enterprise and client imperatives. Develops budget and manages expenses.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and mentors care management leadership and teams to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
- Models and champions growth and development consistent with the organization's mission, vision and values.
- Analyzes functions that handle the capture, management and collection of care management components of the revenue cycle.
- Directs ownership and accountability in delivering organizational objectives that cascade from enterprise and client imperatives.
- Administers and proactively manages overhead budgetary costs.
- Optimizes clinical and financial performance to meet industry and enterprise standards by collaborating across the system.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
Work Experience:
- Seven years case management experience: Preferred
- Five years leadership experience: Preferred
