Job description
The Cardiology Scheduling Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees. This position schedules appointments, verifies insurance, checks in patients for appointments, and manages patient reception. This position is located at the Lakeview Heart Center in Stillwater, MN, and will work 7:45 a.m.-4:15 p.m. (three days one week, two days the other week - days vary depending on staffing needs).
Required Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a direct customer/patient service position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a formal training program in medical reception or customer service or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with an electronic medical record system, preferably Epic.

Additional Information:
This is a non-union 0.5 FTE (40 hours per pay period) day shift position working in Stillwater, MN. The full salary range for this position is $18.33-$27.51 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
